1. When can I visit PCHi?
A: PCHi 2012 will be held at the Hall 3, The Expo Theme Pavilion of Shanghai from 27 – 29 February 2012 (Monday to Wednesday). Doors open from 9.00 am everyday and close at 5.00pm, except for 29 February 2012 (Wednesday) when the show will end at 4.00 pm.
Please note that on-site registration counters will close an hour before the show ends for each day. Visitors must register for non-transferable badges to gain access to the venue.
All registered guests are invited to attend the opening ceremony on 27 February 2012 (Monday), which will commence at 9.00am.
2. How big is the show?
A: PCHi occupies a total floor space of over 15,000 square meters. This is PCHi’s largest exhibition to date.
At present, more than 200 exhibiting companies have confirmed their participation and more professional trade visitors are coming to attend the event.
3. How do I pre-register – and is it free?
A: Pre-registration is complimentary, and involves a simple, secure, fuss-free procedure through the PCHi website. Online pre-registration closes on 20 February 2012.
We recommend that visitors register online prior to the show to obtain faster entry to the event during show days. Another benefit of pre-registering is to avoid the RMB100 administrative fee for on-site registration.
Pre-registration will be opened at a later date.
4. Can I receive my badge in advance by post?
A: We do not plan to mail badges to pre-registered visitors in advance to demonstrate that we care for the environment. Visitors in the past have given feedback that mailed badges were often left at home, so new ones had to be printed on-site. Also, we want to ensure that only visitors from the industry obtain the badges, and avoid the possibility of non-trade individuals entering the exhibition.
We plan to sufficiently increase resources on show days so all pre-registered visitors will be able to promptly receive their badges on-site. We will be sending proper communication to all pre-registered visitors to facilitate their attendance at PCHi 2012.
5. What are the conference themes? Where can I access the program and schedule?

From July 2011, we will update the conference information to the industry through e-newsletters.
